The four ground floor apartments have French doors which open onto their own small terrace and garden. The first floor apartments are served by a lift and an 'easy-rise' staircase and have French doors opening to a 'Juliet' balcony.
All apartments have a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a guest bedroom, additional bathroom and an open-plan sitting/dining room and small kitchen with integrated oven and grill, refrigerator and dishwasher.
The apartments are fully carpeted and have points for telephone, television and ample electric sockets, all within easy reach without bending.
The heating and hot water system is designed to be easy to operate, and all radiators have thermostatic controls, with a built-in programmer allowing temperature control throughout each apartment.
