Services and Support
Birtley Mews have a warden who is on-site daily from 8am-5pm and can help with day-to-day concerns and queries.
Security and emergency call facilities give peace of mind and the Nursing Home nursing and care team, who are available 24-hours a day, hold master keys to each apartment.
Provision has been made for wheelchair access to all areas. Assistance of a non-emergency nature (e.g. moving furniture or help with TVs) can also be provided, with reasonable notice, by the Birtley House maintenance team.
